Every Chamber Member benefits from the following services with their

Listing in Chamber Membership Directory
All Chamber members are listed in the directory free of charge.
Members wishing to advertise in the publication may do so.
Web Site Listing & Link
All Chamber members are listed on our website in the Business
Directory. This listing includes, company name, address, phone
numbers, contact person, an email address, if want published, and a
free link to your business’s website.
Health Insurance Discount
Through a recent partnership, Chamber members have access to Chamber Advantage by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue
Shield which offers specially priced small group health, dental, life, vision and disability plans. Participants in Chamber
Advantage receive 2% discount on medical, dental and vision, 8.5% discount on life and short-term disability, and 3.4%
discount on long-term disability.
Monthly Breakfasts with Speaker
A breakfast is hosted by the Chamber on the third Wednesday of every month at Ponderosa Steakhouse in Draffenville
and features a guest speaker on topics of interest or concern to our membership. This is great opportunity for members
to meet and network with other business people in the community.
Ribbon Cuttings for New businesses, New Members, Relocations and
New owners
Whether your business is brand new, new to the Chamber, relocating to
larger facility, or under new management, we will help you publicize
the event. You can select the day and time, and we will get the word
out to our membership and others who assist us with these events, as
well as take photos of the event which will be sent to local
newspapers and put in the newsletter. We will also provide the
ceremonial ribbon and scissors.
Chamber E-News
All Chamber Members who provide an email address will be sent Chamber News via email on a monthly basis as well as
other chamber updates and reminders as needed.
Business Referral Program
Our Chamber is loyal to its members. Whenever inquiries are received
by the office regarding a particular service or product, only chamber
members are referred.
Business Issues
Because our chamber is a member of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, our members are part of a unified network of business advocates, giving the business community more leverage to influence polices and policymakers on the issues that may affect your business
“Business of the Month” Presentations
Each month the chamber selects a deserving Chamber Member business
which they name as their “Business of the Month”. This business is
presented with a plaque and a photo and write up are sent to the
local papers as well as put in the monthly newsletter to give the
business some extra publicity.
Relocation/Welcome Packets Available
The Chamber assembles packets of community information for people
contemplating a move to the area and newcomers to the area. Included
in these packets is printed copy of the Chamber membership Directory.
Information Center
All members may take advantage of the opportunity to display
brochures in the display racks located in our office.
Business After Hours (as requested)
The Chamber will assist any Chamber member business desiring to have
a “Business After Hours” reception at their business. You select he
day and time and we will notify the papers, along with sending out
over 280 notifications for you. This is excellent opportunity for
member to network with other members.
City/County Maps Distributed
The Chamber makes sure they have updated maps of the county available
to assist anyone traveling or searching for people or places in the
community. Members will be given first priority to advertise in this
publication.
Use of Chamber Conference Room
All members are able to use the Chamber’s conference room free of
charge, for meetings, training seminars, etc… provided it is
available. Call 527-7665 to check for availability.
Scholarship for Business Student
The Chamber provides a $1,000 scholarship each year to a local
deserving high school senior desiring to pursue a career in business.
Optional Services with small fee charged:
Advertising in Chamber Directory & Map
All Members will have an opportunity to purchase advertising for the
700+ directories that are distributed each year and the 10,000 county
maps that will be distributed over a two year period.
Annual Dinner
Each year the Chamber hosts an appreciation banquet where members are
recognized for their commitment and contributions to the growth and
development of our community
List or Mailing Labels of Chamber Members
Chamber members may request a list of members for marketing purposes
only, in an electronic Excel spreadsheet format or mailing labels.
